As Managing Director of MIE Medical Research Ltd, Dr Ellis was involved in the design of all of its products.

MIE designed and manufactured Bodystat’s range of BIA devices including hardware, firmware, software and calibration.

Through the leadership of Dr Ellis, MIE successfully completed several DTI SMART Awards. Leading to the world’s first fitness analysis monitoring system FitQuest, which won the Red Dot Award for design.
